wiki ready for announcement?

Hi all,

in my opinion the pages on "Installing Bluefish" in the wiki should be
up to date before we announce 2.2.5.

Currently various Linux distributions have no text, and OSX and win32
have outdated text.

So please help to update the installing Bluefish page on the wiki for
your binary/package/distribution.
